Are There No Blacks Capable of Managing?

Your Morning Briefing trivia question (March 25) regarding Dick Williams and John McNamara unwittingly points out a very salient issue. These two men between them have managed or will have managed more than eight major league teams. Is baseball trying to tell me that, currently, there are no qualified blacks capable of managing a major league club?
