‘Racism Is on the Rebound’
As an individual who almost suicidally gives others the benefit of my doubt, I reject Haywood’s threats against my conscience, and his prayers, and challenge him to identify the unpleasant causes of racism rather than attempt to subvert justice to achieve his notions of racial parity.
I further resent blanket accusations that suggest that every misfortune befalling a minority has its root case in racism. Haywood’s whining discourse does in itself contribute to the speed with which “. . . the wheels of progress . . .” churn in reverse.
