Gary J. Beban has been named president of Coldwell Banker’s Commercial Real Estate Services operation, based in Los Angeles. He was previously manager of the firm’s Eastern division.
The 40-year-old Beban was a UCLA football star in the 1960s, winning the Heisman Trophy in 1967. He joined Coldwell Banker in 1970 after three years with the Washington Redskins.
