A Venice man signed papers agreeing to be extradited from Texas to Los Angeles, where he is wanted on suspicion of murder. Robert D. Gibson, 23, was stopped for speeding near Sweetwater by a Texas state trooper, who learned the car had been stolen and that Gibson matched the description of a man suspected of the March 27 fatal shooting of hairdressing salon owner Prajna Dharma, 42, who was standing behind a partition in his Wilshire District shop when he was shot to death by a gunman who robbed customers of about $800.
