The California attorney general’s office charged an Illinois-based company with illegal business practices and false and misleading advertising. International Group, which does business in California as European Holidays, Sun Holidays, Las Vegas Holidays Inc., Rocky Mountain Ski Country and Executive Travel Source was accused of falsely implying that it was the official agent of a number of well-known national and international airlines, which in fact it has no such connection, and with suggesting that financial obligations incurred by the organization are protected by Access America, when no such contract exists, and with failure to deposit money in trust accounts and post bond as required by law.
