Pasadena : Aide to Paparian Named

City Director-elect William M. Paparian has selected Cathie Letson as his field representative for District 4. Letson, who will begin work May 4, teaches at Gary Elkin Academy, a private school in Altadena. Her salary as field representative will be $800 a month, Paparian said.
Letson, 28, will handle complaints and organize the regular meetings with residents in District 4, which covers the northeastern section of the city. The meetings will take place the second Wednesday of each month, starting May 13.
