The Orange County Transit District and the United Transportation Union have reached tentative agreement in a six-month contract dispute. Transit district spokeswoman Claudia Keith said negotiators agreed on a tentative contract, details of which will not be released until union members vote on it in April. Agreement came after six months of on-again, off-again negotiations that began a month before the previous contract expired last August. The talks were interrupted by a strike of the 732 district bus drivers in December and an attempted takeover of the union by the Teamsters Union in February.
