Reagan Will Address Groups in Philadelphia

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will speak at a medical forum dealing with AIDS research and other subjects in Philadelphia Wednesday, the White House announced today.
Presidential spokesman Marlin Fitzwater said Reagan will also speak at Independence Hall to groups observing the bicentennial of the Constitution.
