Police are investigating the stabbing death of a 27-year-old El Cajon man who died at UC San Diego Medical Center after being wounded downtown Tuesday night, officials said.
Ernest Joe Crunk collapsed about 10:30 p.m. after he was stabbed near the 1100 block of 11th Avenue, according to a San Diego police spokesman.
There are no suspects, officials said.
