Banker, State Executive to Address Parley

Richard Ayer, a vice president of Security Pacific Bank, and James Rinehart, a deputy director of the California Department of Commerce, will be luncheon keynote speakers Thursday at an economic development conference sponsored by Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce at the March Air Force Base Officers’ Club.
Business and industrial representatives, lenders and developers from throughout Southern California are expected to attend the conference to hear what local business and community leaders have to say about economic opportunities in Moreno Valley, the second largest city in Riverside County.
Other speakers will include City Manager David Dixon and a resource panel moderated by Wayne Wedin, an economic development consultant to numerous Southern California cities. Among the panelists are Bill Davila, president, Vons; Robert P. Warmington, president, Warmington Co.; Arthur Hill, president, Homart Development; Bob Belzer, vice president, development, The Centennial Group; Iddo Benzeevi, president, Benzeevi-Cohen Corp., and representatives of the Riverside County Department of Economic Development, Riverside Community College and Lewis Homes. Admittance is $35.
