J. Paul Sticht has been selected as chairman of RJR Nabisco Inc., replacing J. Tylee Wilson, who announced earlier that he will take early retirement.
Sticht retired as chairman and CEO of R. J. Reynolds Industries in 1983, before it merged with Nabisco.
President and CEO F. Ross Johnson will take the additional duties of chairman of the executive committee, replacing Sticht.
