First Lady to Be Honored by Met for Aiding Arts

WASHINGTON — First Lady Nancy Reagan will go to New York City on Sunday to attend a benefit dinner, sponsored by the Metropolitan Opera, saluting her and James D. Robinson III, chairman of American Express, for their support of the arts, it was announced Thursday.
