WASHINGTON — Following is how members of the California delegation voted Wednesday when the House approved legislation to allow states to increase the speed limit to 65 m.p.h. on rural interstates:
Democrats for--Brown, Fazio, Lehman, Panetta, Roybal.
Democrats against--Anderson, Bates, Berman, Bosco, Boxer, Coelho, Dellums, Dixon, Dymally, Edwards, Hawkins, Lantos, Levine, Martinez, Matsui, Miller, Mineta, Torres, Waxman.
Democrats not voting--Beilenson, Stark.
Republicans for--Badham, Dannemeyer, Dornan, Dreier, Gallegly, Herger, Hunter, Konnyu, Lagomarsino, Lewis, Lungren, Moorhead, Pashayan, Shumway, Thomas.
Republicans against--McCandless, Packard.
Republicans not voting--Lowery.
