Former White House chief of staff Donald T. Regan has signed with the William Morris agency, it was announced Monday. Regan will be represented in literary and broadcast areas, as well as on the lecture circuit, by Norman Brokaw, co-chairman of the huge theatrical agency. Brokaw said that Regan, after a short vacation, will write a book.
