Brehm to Build 100 Homes in Chula Vista

Brehm Communties has announced plans to develop Vista Cortina, a $20-million, single-family residential community in the master-planned EastLake project in Chula Vista. The 100 homes projected for the area will be in a Mediterranean style and will range in price from $115,000 to $135,000.
