Work Under Way on Fairview Center

Construction has started on Brea’s $5-million Fairway Center, a two-story, 150,000-square-foot office building and a 70,000-square-foot subterranean parking structure at Imperial Highway and Placentia Avenue in Brea.
The project is a joint venture with Cal Fed Income Properties and Josephson Properties of Los Angeles; the general contractor is Saffell & McAdam.
