Karnes Sworn In to Fill Unexpired Senate Term

WASHINGTON — Omaha Republican businessman David Karnes was sworn in Friday to fill the unexpired Senate term of the late Sen. Edward Zorinsky, a Democrat. Zorinsky died of a heart attack earlier this month.
