Collins Fuller Corp., a Newport Beach/Riverside commercial and industrial brokerage, negotiated the $3.8-million sale of a key 40-acre parcel in Corona as part of a planned 53-acre, $35-million industrial park on Sampson Avenue. A Feb. 1 story omitted the firm’s involvement in the development.
The master-planned park will include about 200,000 square feet of industrial buildings from 51,000 to 82,520 square feet, targeted for completion in the third quarter of this year. Lots will offer signage adjacent to the Riverside Freeway.
