U.S. Politicians to Go to Moscow for Debates on Arms

MOSCOW — A group of prominent American politicians and foreign policy experts led by former Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger are expected in the Soviet Union this week for a series of debates on arms control, a Soviet official says.
The invitation was extended by the Institute of U.S. and Canada Studies of the Soviet Academy of Sciences.
The group will also include former Secretary of State Cyrus R. Vance and ex-U.N. Ambassador Jeane Kirkpatrick.
