Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, the major Philadelphia law firm that Monday announced its merger with the Los Angeles firm of Hahn, Cazier & Smaltz, has had an office in Los Angeles for 10 years. The combination with the Los Angeles firm’s 46 attorneys will bring its staff in Los Angeles and San Diego to about 110 lawyers. It was unclear in the previous item on the merger that Morgan, Lewis has an existing office here.
