Rep. Price Has Surgery

WASHINGTON — Rep. Melvin Price (D-Ill.) underwent surgery Tuesday for an arthritic condition in his right knee, his staff reported. Price, 82, was listed in fair condition at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base, Md.
