Harte-Hanks said it will sell some units to Worrell.

The San Antonio-based communications company signed a letter of intent to sell 25 newspaper-related divisions and three shopper publishing divisions to Worrell Enterprises of Charlottesville, Va., for an undisclosed amount. The deal is part of Harte-Hanks’ restructuring plan, announced earlier this month, to sell 56 smaller units. Worrell, in turn, has given an option to buy nine of the newspaper divisions--including four in San Diego County--to Tucker Sutherland, president of Harte-Hanks newspapers.
