Pizza Chain Owner Pays $8 Million for Rare Car

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Thomas S. Monaghan, owner of Domino’s Pizza Inc. and the Detroit Tigers baseball team, has paid a record $8.1 million for a rare 1931 Bugatti Royale Berline de Voyage automobile. He bought the car from a Houston real estate developer.
