Because of his condition, Rosa does not know his address and does not know he is lost, but he is friendly and

approachable, police said.

Rosa has brown curly hair, brown eyes, a tattoo on his left arm and dimples. He was last seen wearing brown pants, black shoes and a blue and green Hawaiian shirt, Williams said, adding that Rosa also wears a blue medical alert bracelet.

In Orange, Richard William MacDonald, 43, was last seen leaving his home on Aug. 16 and was believed to have headed to Laguna Beach to go snorkeling, police said. He was expected back later that day.
