The St. Francis Hotel, a San Francisco landmark since 1904, may have from 10,000 to 15,000 owners when the Westin Hotel Co. offers it to investors next month through a real estate syndication. The 1,200-room hotel on Union Square is valued at $145 million. Seattle-based Westin will retain an 8% ownership and will continue to manage the hotel.
