NELLIS MEMORIAL SERVICE SLATED

A memorial service for David Nellis, co-owner of Tortue Gallery in Santa Monica, who died Monday, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Church of the Recessional at Forest Lawn in Glendale.

Nellis, a Los Angeles dentist, was an active collector of contemporary art. In lieu of sending flowers, friends are asked to make donations to the County Museum of Art’s Modern and Contemporary Art Council for acquisitions in honor of Dr. David Nellis.
