Arcadia police arrested four people and seized 154 pounds of cocaine worth an estimated $70 million in a raid at a condominium on Fairview Avenue. The raid, in which $43,000 in cash was also confiscated, was staged after a seven-month investigation. In custody were Jose Mejia Ramirez, 38; Maria Mejia De Gonzalez, 42; Alba Gonzalez Mejia, 22, and Lus Marina Toro Gallego, 26, all Colombian nationals. They have been charged with possession of cocaine for sale and possession of cocaine with intent to transport and distribute and are being held in lieu of $500,000 bail each.
