Con Agra Acquires Food Marketing Firm

Omaha — ConAgra Inc. said it has acquired Camerican international, an international food marketing company based in Teaneck, N.J.
Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Camerican has combined its activities with those of CTC Foods, a ConAgra food marketing business based in Minneapolis.
Camerican was founded in 1916. It imports, exports and distributes a broad line of food products and ingredients to processing, food service and retail markets.
