Barroom Behavior of Soviet Teen-Agers Hit

MOSCOW — The Moscow youth newspaper on Thursday attacked the “decadent” behavior of teen-age boys who it said frequent the capital’s bars, fighting, swearing and dressing in outrageous punk fashions.
Members of a public order committee of the Komsomol (Communist Youth League) said they had observed juveniles with pins in their ears, dressed “like foreign princes with special jeans and jackets of unimaginable hues,” according to the paper, Komsomolskaya Pravda.
