Local News in Brief : Apparent Suicide at CSUN Prompts Probe

A man in his 20s died Monday evening, apparently when he leaped from the top floor of an eight-story building on the campus of California State University, Northridge, campus authorities said.
The victim, whose identity was withheld pending notification of family, apparently jumped at 6 p.m. from an outside ramp that connects a stairwell to Sierra Tower, campus police Sgt. Don Barnett said.
