On Chaminade’s first possession of the game, Dennis Schwesinger’s 24-yard run gave the Eagles a 7-0 lead, capping a six-play, 61-yard drive. . . . Senior tailback Jang Kim added a 39-yard field goal later in the first quarter for a 10-0 lead. . . . Kim also had a 42-yard touchdown run in the third quarter. . . . Coming back from a shoulder injury, quarterback Pablo Suarez completed a 10-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver John Sunde in the second quarter to end a five-play, 23-yard drive.

Jang Kim (C) had 131 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries and kicked a 39-yard field goal. Quarterbacks Jim Chrisman and Pablo Suarez (C) combined for 70 yards and one touchdown passing with five completions in 13 attempts. Dennis Schwesinger (C) recovered a fumble in Chaminade’s end zone to stop Pater Noster’s only real threat in the fourth quarter. Robert Bae and Denny Vigo (C) had interceptions and Terry Lavin (C) added a fumble recovery to lead the Eagle defense.
