Manpower Temporary Services of San Diego, which recently announced plans to open an Orange County office, reported a 27% increase in revenues, to $4.4 million, for the second quarter ended Sept. 30. For the first half of its fiscal year, Manpower reported a 37% rise in revenues, to nearly $9 million.
