Centennial Capital Plans Fontana Project

A mixed-use project is planned by Centennial Capital Inc. of Orange for its newly acquired 628-acre site near Sierra and Highland Avenues in Fontana, within the 800-acre La Cuesta Fontana master-planned community. Centennial bought the site from Cal Mat Co. of Los Angeles for $12.6 million.
Plans include a community shopping center, residential housing and office complexes, Bob Belzer, Centennial’s assistant vice president for development, said. Centennial also owns 20 acres adjacent to its new property.
