USD Volleyball Team Is Swept by Long Beach

LONG BEACH — The Cal State Long Beach women’s volleyball team beat the University of San Diego on Wednesday, 16-14, 15-2, 15-1 in a nonconference match at Long Beach. Stacey Peoples led the 49ers (7-6) with nine kills and 10 block assists. LeValley Pattison added 27 assists in 31 attempts. USD dropped to 0-14.
