Macho Wheelers
Seat belts, air bags, and the new high center brake lights provide no protection from the latest macho fad--”4 Wheelers” that are raised to decapitating heights.
Like their predecessors, the vans, they block the sight of traffic ahead and create visual hazards when parked near corners. How many of these ‘ ‘macho machines” are driven off-road? Legally? What happened to the mandated standardized bumper and headlight heights?
These vehicles should be banned from all roadways and their drivers restricted to wheels and areas more suitable to their mentalities--like tricycles and sidewalks.
