Kings Cut 10 Players, Reducing Roster to 31

WINNIPEG, Canada — The Kings reduced their roster to 31 Friday, cutting 10 players who were not with the team last season.
Nine players were assigned to the Kings’ farm team in New Haven: goalies Glenn Healy and John Franzosa, defensemen Al Tuer, Dave Lundmark, Steve Tuite and Peter Sawkins, centers Marty Dallman, Guy Benoit, and right wing Steve Seguin.
Center Ray Shero was also released, but it hasn’t been decided if he’ll be sent to the minors.
