Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp. Tuesday announced that Howard T. Cusic, manager of its newly acquired Aerospace and Strategic Metals Group in Newport Beach, has been named senior vice president and a member of the company’s corporate policy committee.
Owens-Corning, of Toledo, Ohio, purchased the Aerospace and Strategic Metals Group for $415 million earlier this month from Armco Inc. Cusic, 60, had directed the group for Armco.
The group develops and manufactures high-performance materials for aerospace, defense and a broad range of other industries.
