Danish Inn Lodge in Solvang Purchased

The Danish Inn Lodge in Solvang has been purchased for $6 million by Channel Islands Properties, a division of the Oxnard-based firm of Martin V. Smith & Associates. The 81-room hotel, located at 1547 Mission Drive, was built in 1980 and was part of the estate of the late Vince Evans.
