Kissinger’s article is another example of his acting as stooge for the Reagan Administration.
He certainly must show that his proposed posture of non-negotiation of SDI will minimize any chances for real disarmament.
He also asks us to believe that the SDI will protect us from the inevitable terrorist nuclear weapon. Sure it will--just like the most modern high-tech force in the world protected our Marines in Beirut.
