Toronto Firm Buys Las Vegas Office Building

Title to Greystone, a two-phase, 200,000-square-foot garden office building at 1800-2000 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, has changed hands with its sale by owner/developers Ratkovich, Bowers, Perez Inc. to Markborough Properties Limited of Toronto.
The $22-million negotiation was handled by Coldwell Banker’s Los Angeles office for the seller, and by Weatherall Green & Smith Inc. of London and New York, for the buyer.
Phase 1 of the property, totaling about 132,400 square feet was completed in 1981; Phase 2 on the remaining 4.35 acres is expected to contain an additional 70,000 square feet of office space. The four-year-old award-winning suburban office complex occupies 13.11 acres and was designed by Leason Pomeroy Associates of Orange.
