Robert H. Davies, 33, has been named to the board of directors of MAI Basic Four Inc. of Tustin. Davies, of Philadelphia, is director of mergers and acquisitions for Bell Atlantic Corp. He is responsible for implementing the company’s corporate diversification strategy.
MAI Basic Four designs, manufactures and markets business computers. It employs 2,700 and serves 30,000 customers in 40 countries.
