The first-born Frustaci septuplet will be released from Children’s Hospital of Orange County on Wednesday but will leave her two brothers behind, hospital spokesman Laura Johnson said. Three-month-old Patricia Ann Frustaci, who weighs almost 5 pounds, will leave for the Riverside home of her parents, Patti and Samuel Frustaci. Her brothers, Richard Charles and Stephen Earl “are doing fine, but they haven’t gained the weight to go home,” Johnson said. Patti Frustaci, a Riverside high school teacher, had taken fertility drugs before giving birth 12 weeks prematurely to four boys and three girls at St. Joseph Hospital on May 21. One of the infants was stillborn, and three others died within three weeks of birth.
