Larry David Colvig, 33, of Willits was taken into custody at about 6 p.m. Wednesday, police said. They said that after getting off a flight, Colvig told an Imperial Airlines employee that he had a black belt in karate and was going to “blow the President away.” He was questioned by Secret Service agents and hospitalized for observation.
