Police Sunday were searching for two men who locked a doughnut-shop cashier in a bathroom and stole $235 from the cash register.
Police said two men entered Winchell’s Donut House at 903 Broadway at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday and told the cashier they were waiting to meet someone. After a half hour, they told the cashier that they had a pistol and then locked her in the bathroom before taking the money.
