Ortiz Favored in YMCA 10K at Fullerton

Former UCLA All-American Steve Ortiz will head the field of 1,000 runners in the eighth annual North Orange County YMCA 10-kilometer run at 7:30 today at Fullerton High School.

Ortiz will be trying for his third win. He holds the course record with a time of 29 minutes, 13 seconds, in 1980.
