An entire wing or 125 rooms of the 251-room Inland Empire Hilton in San Bernardino and some of the hotel’s common areas are expected to be renovated before Christmas by Los Angeles-based US Hotel Properties, headed by Horst Osterkamp.
US Hotel bought the hotel from the Carpenter’s Pension Trust for $19.5 million as part of an ongoing acquisition campaign.
The purchase marked the 16th hotel acquired by US Hotel since its inception in 1982.
