Bridgewater Townhomes, a development of 24 two-bedroom town houses by G & D Construction, opens today on Washington Boulevard at Bellford Avenue in east Pasadena.
The two-level units feature tuck-under rear garages, are priced from $104,500 to $108,500 and have 1,230 square feet of living space.
Both bedrooms are designed as master suites, with full baths and walk-in closets. The main living area features a split-level design, with the dining area and adjacent kitchen overlooking the lower living room.
Thirty-year fixed-rate financing is available with an interest rate of 10.65%. October move-ins are planned and the monthly homeowners association fee is $66.
The sales office, staffed by Great Western Real Estate Services, is open daily, except Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1925 Washington Blvd., reached from the northbound Altadena Drive exit of the Foothill (210) Freeway.
