The filing period closed last week for the Nov. 5 election, in which 85 San Gabriel Valley school board and community college trustee seats will be filled. There will be 182 candidates vying for the posts. Some of the seats represent unexpired terms.
In addition, four people filed their candidacy for the four open seats on the Altadena Library Board of Trustees.
Occupations are listed after each name except for candidates who did not provide the information. Asterisks denote incumbents.
