Truck Kills Flagman: A flagman for a construction firm doing repaving work in the 1400 block of Placentia Avenue in Placentia was killed Friday morning when he was run over by a company tanker truck, police said. The victim, Robert Kenneth Todd, 18, of Hemet was dead when police arrived at the scene at about 9:35 a.m. Workers said the tanker was backing up and the driver apparently did not see Todd, who was directing traffic.
