Flynn Wins Mile Race

MINNEAPOLIS — Irish Olympian Ray Flynn overtook 1984 U.S. Olympian Steve Scott to win the Nicollet Mile road race in 3:55.52 Saturday.
John Spivey, another 1984 U.S. Olympian, finished second in 3:55.73. Scott wound up seveth.
